Client is defined as the client for mortgage brokering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The free Mortgage Check gives an indication of the possibilities and financing conditions. This is in no way a final approval of the bank and no rights can be derived from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a cessation of service by or on behalf of the client,  <em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em>  is entitled to keep any payments made by the client, as compensation for costs and activities by <em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the information provided by the client is not sound or incomplete, <em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em>  is entitled to suspend the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The liability of  <em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em>  is limited to the amount equal to the mediation costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The liability of The Spanish Mortgager for indirect damages, consequential damages and foregone profits is excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em>  is not liable for a failure or improper action of the mortgage lender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em> charges a fixed fee of 2.500 \u20ac for mortgage advisory in Spain, regardless of the mortgage amount or the complexity of the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the order is given for the consideration of the mortgage application, 1,250 \u20ac (50% of the total fee), must be paid in advance). Upon receipt of the payment, the application is binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where an<em> \u00b4Agreement subject to valuation\u00b4<\/em> is issued by the financing entity, the remaining 1,250 \u20ac of the fee will be paid. In the case of no or late payment of the fee, <em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em>  has the right to suspend the mortgage application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation of a mortgage application can only be done by the original applicant, by means of a written request for cancellation, which can be delivered by mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The offers made by <em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em>  are an indication and subject to the bank&#8217;s approval. <em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em>  is not liable for damages as a result of the client misinterpreting a tender made by  <em>De Spaanse Hypotheker<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By starting a mortgage application, the client indicates that he will accept the Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spanish law applies to the Terms and Conditions.
